Azhari scholar finishes teaching great book on hadith science over 10 years
Over a decade in Al-Azhar Mosque, where scholars have flocked to learn Islamic teachings and jurisprudence since it was founded in the Fatimid era, Sheikh Ahmed Ma’bad, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars at Al-Azhar, explained and interpreted the book “Fath Al-Mughith Bi Sharh Alfiya Al-Hadith” by Imam Al-Sakhawi.
The book is a commentary of a 1000-line poetry about hadith terminology. It is considered one of the greatest books in the science of hadith (Prophet Muhammad’s sayings, acts and silent approvals).
